MCIMX6ULL_CM EVK - Stackup details

Hi,

I'm basing a design on the MCIMX6ULL_CM EVK and have a query about the board stack-up.  The copper thickness, number of layers and overall stackup height are shown on the gerbers, but not the individual prepreg layer thicknesses. 

I can infer the prepreg thicknesses from the controlled impedance table (based on a calculation using the impedance and track width), but I would like this to be confirmed, if possible.

Hi,

I notice my question has been 'Branched to a new discussion'.  However, when I click on the 'discussion' link, it takes me to a page that says:

My apologies. You can get individual prepreg layer thicknesses for the MCIMX6ULL_CM board by accessing cross-section of board file.
