MIMXRT1050-EVK "bricked" with no debugger

I've accidentally flashed the m4  (M20AGV) based debugger/programmer on my MIMXRT 1050-EVK board, by connecting to the mini JTAG (DOH). It seems that with invalid flash on that chip, the M7 won't even boot.

Is the binary for the CMSIS-DAP for the M4 available somewhere?

Is it otherwise somehow possible to "unplug" the m4 and have the m7 working without it?

You could try reprogramming the bootloader  (with external debugger) and/or the firmware application according with the instructions from the following link:
