Hello, We are using the XSON3. I was also wondering what is the best way to connect the chip to the antenna, we are currently using a 2x4 mm pcb with the biggest posible traces width, is there a recomended pcb layout or different recomended material?

Can you tell me the package that you are using, is your are using the XSON3, it can support 260 C as package body temperature as is shown here
