Hi,

I am not sure if I correctly understood your question, but the TEA1713 is pin-to-pin compatible with TEA1716 and is more suitable for applications that do not have severe requirements on burst mode operation and do not require a very low standby power consumption.

I'd like to use 1716 to do a 250 W switching power supply.The circuit diagram is made of 1713 which in the NXP website user guide.Can I use this circuit by change nothing except 1713?

Yes, you can simply replace the TEA1713 by TEA1716 without any other modifications.
