How to detect the inductor for DC/DC converter

Hi,

PTN3356 select the operation mode by the inductor connected to SWOUT pin.

But I need more information for using internal DC/DC converter in safety.

Could you tell me how to detect the inductor on SWOUT pin?

If it measures the current of SWOUT, could you tell me the threshold value?

Before POR, which mode is available?

Hi,

Before/after POR, the internal LDO is used and then switch to DC-DC if DC-DC power supply is present.

MCU in PTN3356 will detect whether DC-DC 1.5V (through SWOUT pin -> inductor -> VDD15_DP pin) is present. And if DC-DC 1.5V is present, then MCU will turn of LDO 1.5V and use DC-DC 1.5V.

So no more detail specify of detect method share with your except above.
