Hi,

PTN3356 has two I2C as DDC_SCL/SDA and CFG1_SCL/CFG2_SDA, but I couldn't find their specification.

When I use CFG1_SCL/CFG2_SDA for I2C communication, which mode can I use?

Could you give me the dynamic characteristic of its I2C bus?

Best regards,

M.Kiniwa

Hi,

If no more information about IIC spec normally it must support standard mode.

Hi,

When  use CFG1_SCL/CFG2_SDA for I2C communication you can use the I2C mode not the configuration pin mode.

For the IIC spec please refer to datasheet page22 Table18 for detail .

Hi Sun,

I see the datasheet, but it has cheap information.

I need detail information as below.

Can you provide it?

Hi,

It supports 100 kbit/s I2C-bus speed, also we called Standard-mode which you can refer to UM10204 for your desire knowledge.

Hi guoweisun‌,

Thank you for your answer.

I understand that PTM3356 supports only Standard-mode, and its characteristics is same as I2C-bus specification.

Why the supporting mode and characteristics aren't written to its datasheet? Do you know?

Best regards,
