Hi,

here the info I would like to understand regarding USB on RT1050:

- USB used as device: Power consumption requested is less than 1.5 ms and the wakeup from Suspend mode should be lessa than 10 ms. Is the RT105x USb supporting these features?

- Is there an internal pull-up on the D+ line on the USB IP?

- Is there any possibility to implement the remote wake-up from the device (RT105x) to the host?

Thanks and best regards

Hi Massimo,
For low power operation on i.MX RT, you could refer to application notes AN12094 and AN12085 at the following links:
https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN12094.pdf

https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN12085.pdf

Regarding pull up on D+ pin, yes, it is internally included as part of the USB Full/High speed Devices.
For Remote Wakeup functionality, the RT supports remote wakeup and also sending the wakeup signal to a Host. Please refer to the usb_examples->dev_resume_suspend examples of MCUXpresso SDK for i.MXRT (I have attached the readme document from one of these examples).

Hope this will be useful for you.
Best regards!
/Carlos
