I am using MMPF0100F9ANESR2 but there is only a “-“listed in the table for VGEN1_SEQ register. see page 18 section 6.1.1, table 10. All the power on sequences are given besides VGEN1_SEQ register. I cannot find any reference. Is there a reason why its missing or blank? https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/MMPF0100.pdf

Hi Peter,

For F9 OTP configuration, VGEN1 is not assigned in power-sequence. It is off by default and can be turned on by I2C after RESETBMCU is released.

Yasu

Dear Yasuomi Sakyu

I am going to design a board based on i.MX6QP and MCIMX6QP-SDB as a reference design.

I have been checking the MCIMX6QP-SDB “i.MX6 SMART DEVICE SYSTEM” evk schematics.

It is used PMIC with MMPF0100F9AZES part nember. It is non-programmed part. I haven't access to socket programmer.
Can I used this part number MMPF0100F9ANES which has F9 pre-programmed configuration instead of MMPF0100F9AZES ?

Hi

Both MMPF0100F9AZES and MMPF0100F9ANES are pre-programmed sample with the same F9 configuration. MMPF0100F9AZES is automotive grade and MMPF0100F9ANES is industrial grade. Both device can be operated up to Ta 105degC.
