Display Port(DP) Support in i.MX8M

Hi,

Whether display port (DP) supported in i.MX8M(fsl-yocto-L4.9.51_mx8mq-ga).

If supported where can I get the firmware binaries and porting guide for the same?

Hello Yashavantha,

the current BSPs for the 8M don't include support for the eDP. We are working on a new BSP 4.14.x which should support the eDP somehow, but as the EVK has no DP connector, you might need to apply changes and build your own image.

So watch out for the new BSP release later this year.

supported modules are described in Release Notes included in linux

documentation available on

i.MX Software|NXP 

Display Port(DP) is not supported, one can apply to nxp local marketing office

to get additional details about its support.
