DDR3 Stresstest for UltraLite

Hi

We are developing a new Board with an MCIMX6Y2DVM05AA/(R) i.MX6 UltraLite Processor.

We would like to use a DDR3 Memory (IS46TR16128BL-15HBLA1).

I have searched in advance for some informations about testing and verifying the correct function of the Memory.

I found these pages:

Unfortunately they are not specified for the ULL Chip.

Is there any simmilar for the Ultra Lite processors?

The i.MX6/7 DDR Stress Tool V 2.92 already supports the i.MX6ULL.
