Hi,
In the TJA1100 Datasheet, there is a 100K resistor connected in the TRX_P line as shown below.
But that 100K Resistor is missing in our Schematic.
The transmission part is ok. But i am not getting any pulses in the receiver side.
Is this 100K resistor affect the data transmission?

Hello Shirly,
We do recommend to apply a common mode termination to the twisted-pair lines to avoid a floating behavior on the cable; a split termination consists of two resistors and a capacitor to the signal lines between the DC blocking capacitors and the connector.
Please check the application note AN12088 that provide more details in the connections of the TJA1100 (section 3.4 MDI Interface and section 9 Printed Circuit Board Checklist).

For checking purpose i am using normal wiring within 0.5m. Is it the reason
for the reception failure?
I have checked the loopback methods. Loopback methods working very well.
