PN5180 SIGPRO_IN_SEL not documented (?)

PN5180 datasheet, table 50 (ANALOG TEST SIGNALS) mentions SIGPRO_IN_SEL in ADC_DATA_Q/I descriptions.
This does not seem to be documented, I only found SIGPRO_IN_SEL details in the CLRC663 datasheet, but obviously this is quite a different chip.

Where can we possibly find more information about this ?
