I have a iMX6SL customize board with 8gigabit (1GB) memory LPDDR2 ram chip. I trying the ddr calibration test using the imx6sl.xlsx script, To I generated the .inc file code. so using the .inc file the ddr stress test calibration is started.
The output log file is attached here. Please check the log the calibration in not happen.
I doubted the ddr stress test tool only have the maximum of 4GB DDR density selection.
And i tried all the available ways in stress test tool but the same output only getting.
Please give me the suggestion to resolve the calibrate issue.
