Hello.

I'm using the BSDL file for iMX6 Dual that was previously shared in this community, but this BSDL is not the correct BSDL for the uC of Automotive use. I'm testing the MCIMX6D6AVT08AB Processor on board with the x1149 and the i3070 in production floor, but the expected IDCODE and Boundary Register Length are wrong.

I'm using the BSDL "MX6DL_TO1.1.bsdl" But I think this is for the "Dual Lite", and I need BSDL from the Dual Core  Automotive Processor.

Here are the results of the Integrity Test:

ID code failure
Possible fail at
Device : VRM~U15
Failure Message: 28317957
Expected: 00011000100100011010000000011101
Actual:      00100001100100011110000000011101

Boundary register length failure
Possible fail at
Device : VRM~U15
Failure Message: 28317957
Expected Length : 648
Actual Length :     651

I need the corresponding BSDL to test 4 DDR3 Memmories through Silicon Nails Test, and improve the test coverage of the ICT application.

Could you help me to share the correct BSDL File?

I'll waiting for your response... Thanks in advanced.@##
