How to change the Type 4 Tag CC file

In 413DNA , The CC file INITIALIZED content is
'000F20010000FF0406E104008000000000000000000000000000000000000000'

As explained in http://apps4android.org/nfc-specifications/NFCForum-TS-Type-4-Tag_2.0.pdf 

position 14 and 15 defined the read and write access.

00h NDEF file read access condition; read access without any security

00h NDEF file write access condition; write access without any security

Then , If I want to set NDEF file read access another just like 90 , or ff. but none of them useful. 

How can I make the NDEF file private? or read before authorization?

    From your graph I got the same as mine

I know the position 14 00h changes the NDEF file read access and the position 15 00h changes the NDEF file write access.

I Just want to change the CC file content. keep the NDEF file private, so that the NDEF file must be authorized before read.

Hi Kan

I have tried to changed the NTAG 413 DNA NDEF file access right.

After I changed NDEF file access rights of read access Key from 0E to 00.

I still can read NDEF message without any authorization.

So I wonder how to change the NDEF file read access to after authorize for NTAG 413 DNA.

The tag is 413DNA and the software is TagXplorer v1.0.0.4.
