Hi, Support Teams
We check the i.MX6 thermal temp. calibration fuse data.
[sample 1]
CPU: Freescale i.MX6 family TO1.1 at 792 MHz
Thermal sensor with ratio = 172
Temperature: 34 C, calibration data 0x5424aa7d
[sample2]
CPU: Freescale i.MX6 family TO1.1 at 792 MHz
Thermal sensor with ratio = 172
Temperature: 32 C, calibration data 0x5444af7d
[Sample3]
CPU: Freescale i.MX6 family TO1.3 at 792 MHz
Thermal sensor with ratio = 179
Temperature: 33 C, calibration data 0x5704bf7d
Has calibration data been measured and written individually (one bye one), not for each lot ?
Best Regards,
kanou

Hello Kanou,
I confirmed that the calibration points are measured during the manufacturing testing and are programmed in the fuse registers for each device, so each device will have its specific calibration value programmed based on the temperature. This is fused into the device as shown on the Table 1 of the AN5215.
I hope this information helps!

Hello Kanou,
Application note 5215 covers the thermal management in detail.

I’m double checking whether this calibration is made by batch, wafer or unit and I’ll let you know when I find more information.
