LPC4370 firm

[takuyahasegawa]

センサの信号処理基板に用いているLPC4370を3日間放置するとCPU内部のfirmデータが初期化されていたという現象が発生しております。

再書き込みを実施すると正常動作するので回路の問題ではなく、CPUに原因があるのではないかと予想しております。

過去に似た事例と対処法について教えてください。
