how to download MCUXpresso ide

when I open this web  MCUXpresso IDE|Eclipse-based Integrated Development Environment (IDE)|NXP 

but  don't have a link to download this ide。

The download button on https:/www.nxp.com/mcuxpresso/ide/download should allow you to download, once you have logged into the system. 

Its possible that your issue might be because your account has been deactivated in the NXP "Flexnet" downloads system - for more details see: https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-334075
