Hi All,

I'm referring to following page of ZQ calibration.

I'm doing my memory calibration using NXP tools. I'm using initialization script to upload to software. Can you explain how to do this ZQ calibration using NXP stress tester tool.

As well as how should I update following details in init script according to imx6q processor and my memory part (AS4C256M16D3A-12BCN)

How to change MMDC init values ?

Regards,

Peter.

For the latest DDR stress test tool version and notes, please look here:

https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-105652

To make the tool run correctly on a custom hardware, you first have to generate the appropriate initialization script using the appropriate DDR Register Programming Aid sheet that can be taken from here:

https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-236354

Then, you have to run the tool, load the initialization script and then perform the tests. The ZQ calibration is performed automatically by the tool.

Have a great day,
Artur
