Loading OpenSDAv2 and DAPLink to FRDM-K64F ?

Are there any suggested debug steps when the loading steps for OpenSDAv2 copy binary and for DAPLink copy binary to FRDM-K64Fdoes not work as described (e.g., does not come up in maintenance mode)?
