Hi,

The MCU has two SRAM regions.

It seems that the 12K of SRAM is the SRAM_U region.

But I'm not familiar with IAR.

First of all ,Thank you for you help  At first, I wanted to apply for 28k memory, but I could not apply for insufficient space. Now it seems that the data space most supported is 16k, to apply for larger data may only be able to another method.
