I have installed Code warrior development studio for power architecture. But i didnt find a option to select MPC866 family in that tool.

i have installed 10.5 version.

CodeWarrior 10.5 does not support the MPC866. Use CodeWarrior 8.8 for software developing and debugging for the MPC866:

Does the 8.8 version be able to install in Ubuntu OS?

One more suggestion i want regarding suitable JTAG and drivers for SPI, UART and parallel bus for MPC866.

Sorry for replying later. I have no idea about the probe's driver, however, it seems like that the driver is installed automatically. The information about the Code Warrior USBTAP probe, refer to the link:
