Hello,

Simple feedback using the FRDM-K64F SDK and the Pins Tool (Version: 4.1.0.201805101316).

The pin_mux.c file is updated properly:

product: Pins v4.1

but not the .mex file:

<pins name="Pins" version="4.0" enabled="true" update_project_code="true">

Except if I misunderstand the field version="4.0".

Thanks.

Hello Guillaume,

the MEX is changed/updated *only* if you save the MEX file explicitly (if we talk about stand alone MCUx Config Tools). So of the MEX is from previous tool, the MEX has to be saved in order to update also this attribute (which is now for information only).

Where does the original MEX files comes from? From previous tool 4.0 or you've created a board configuration from scratch  in tools v4.1?

Best regards,

Libor

It is not created from scratch, but the MEX file has been updated with the integrated Config Tools v4.1 from the MCUXpresso v10.2.0_759. So I expected the version number to be updated as well.
