BFG21W 115 alternate

Hi,

BFG21W 115 is EOL last year, its spec is 18G transition speed, 0.5A collect current, SOT343R package. I want to know  if you have similar product.

Unfortunately, we have no NXP replacement for BFG21W.

You should find a third party device or move to alternative design (LDMOS or MMIC).
