Hello,
I am looking for documentation on TEF-6686 single IC radio receiver. I have only found short datasheet downloadable from NXP site, which contains neither programming manual nor circuit design details (recommended circuit design etc...). Where could I obtain more detailed documentation needed for TEF-6686 implementation and programming?
Thanks and best regards,
Aleks
I have developed Arduino libraries for some DSP receivers like SI47XX (si4730/31/32/33/34/35) from Silicon Labs; AKC695X; and KT0915. My work can be seen on URLs below.
These Arduino libraries are currently being used by hundreds of hobbyists and experimenters.
I would like to know how I can buy some IC from NPX. I’m interested TEF665X and TEF668X. But you have other suggestion, please, let me know. Also, I would like to know more about programming guide documentation.

Please note that this belongs to special part need sign a NDA with NXP local distributors then they will release these related documentations for your!
Thanks!
Hello G.w. Sun,
Thanks for information. I gues that means, that:
- since it is necessary to sign the NDA with one of the distributors,
- and since am looking to use the chip in an small quantity non-commercial amateur project,
there is probably no chance for me to get the required docummentation?
I have bought 5 pcs. of TEF-6686 IC from Aliexpress and would like to give them a life in one of my hobby projects:
