How to access the communication port(such as CAN,UART,..) in Vision Toolbox matlab environment?

Hello:

In practical application,after runing the Vision Toolbox we get a result, most of time,this result must be pass to another controller via a communication port,so i want to know,how can to access this port in the same matlab environment?
