ERROR: Can't open USB device!!!

Hi,

      I use NXP DDR Test  Tool to test  MX7D .The TARGET has been choosed MX7D.

But the result ERROR: Can't open USB device!!!.

Why???

Hello,

 I.MX7 must be in Serial Downloader mode (BOOT_MODE[1:0] = 01).

Also it makes sense to check in i.MX7 is working. Use chaper 4 (Avoiding board bring-up problems)
