IVOR6 ISSUE

My application stops exception IVOR6, and my mcu is MPC5746R.

SRR0 is 010A1DC0, but there is not Illegal Instruction in selected line.

Can anyone give me some suggest?

you did not provide any information, which could be used to determine, what is the source of your problem. Could you please share some simple project, which demonstrates your problem?
