Hi,
we are currently planning an application based on the i.MX8M processor. One of our requirements is secure boot (HAB) which seems to be supported. But we did not yet find a consistent documentation of this.
So: is the application note AN4581 "Secure Boot on i.MX 50, i.MX 53, i.MX 6 and i.MX 7 Series using HABv4" also applicable to the i.MX8M? Is there any further documentation available (or available under NDA)?
Any hints welcome ;-)
I found the following document:
Steps to enable secure boot in i.MX8M Nano
In my case, I'm using the i.MX8M Mini. Is this document also applicable for the i.MX8M Mini?
I wander if there is any update for this issue. Does HAB work in i.MX8M?
it is working in i.MX8M, unfortunately currently there are no
publicly available documentation or examples, one can try to use latest uboot
documentation:
imx\doc - uboot-imx - i.MX U-Boot
introduction_habv4.txt\habv4\imx\doc - uboot-imx - i.MX U-Boot

Thanks.
There is another question about HAB.
Do you know if following errata is fixed in i.MX8M?
yes they are fixed in i.MX8M.

Thank you for clarification.
My target chip is i.MX8MQ.
For u-boot, I was using the tag: rel_imx_4.9.51_8mq_ga, the suggested branch: imx_v2018.03_4.14.78_1.0.0_ga looks not including all the changes from rel_imx_4.9.51_8mq_ga. Any suggestions?
