Question about a Structural Core Self Test(SCST)

Last week, i asked about a SCST library.

But I do not have an answer, so I post it again.

I wonder if SCST can be applied to MPC5674F as well.

Moreover, i want to know the difference of source code levels between the ICST and SCST.

please provide any documentations about SCST.
