I want to send CAN messages in the interval of 100 ms. How to set delay between the messages? Please help regarding this.

you can use PIT timer for that. What is your MCU?
I am using S32K116 and I configured the timer using LPTMR. Is that fine?
The LPIT is better choice, but LPTMR is also usable for message timing.
