How to pass include paths and compiler defines to a post build tool?

Hi,

I am using MCUXpresso 10.0.2.759 and would like to be able to pass the include paths and compiler command line defines to a Post-Build tool I couldn't see an obvious Build Variable to allow me to access these.

Is this possible?

If so, how would I do it?
