I have implemented one application for detection of vehicles direction by using acceleration sensor. I want to detect the vehicle direction when it start to move. I have used AN3397 application note for implementation of position algorithm But I am not getting position graph as per the application note? How to find the direction from position data ??
As per the application notes ,i expect to get some positive or negative values ,if there is any change in direction. But in my case even it is in stable condition ,i am getting periodically positive and negative values ,so how to predict it is in forward or reverse direction?
