Hi,

Does anybody know how can I change the Linux Kernel base address? I use a 128MB RAM and I want that Linux runs on the top 64MB. I use the i.MX6DL and till now I load the Kernel zImage to address 0x10800000 and the Kernel runs from at the beginning of the RAM.

Thanks!

Hi christoph8446,

you may change the loadaddr variable in uboot to change the kernel loading address.

you may also take a look here: arm - Understanding Linux load address for U-Boot process - Stack Overflow
