I need to know if MK20DX256VLK7 (72 MHz Frequency) is a better than part when compared to MK20DX256VLK10 (100 MHz Frequency)... Data sheet is showing - Maximum CPU frequency (MHz) • 7 = 72 MHz • 10 = 100 MHz

I do not understand what you mean of " better" or "not better". Actually the main difference between the two parts you mentioned is: the K20 72MHz product doesn't support P-Flash Swap feature, and only supports boot from the internal Flash 0 address.  But the 100MHz products can support program flash wasp feature.
