ADS design kit for transistor, which have part number is MMG30301B

Dear community and technical support team

I want to use the MMG30301B transistor in my common C amplifier (input at emitter) that can not be simulated by using S2P file of the MMG30301B transistor. May I receive your support about that problem? May I receive your ADS design kit for that transistor model or the specification in detail of that transistor model.

Nxp doesn't provide ADS model for MMG30301B. This device itself can't operate in class C mode but it can be used as driver for class C amplifier. S-parameters can be safely used in this design.
