S9S12ZVL32F0MLC--Current is more than 100uA in stop mode

We have used this IC in production project.   20Kpcs have been produced  , current consumption is ok( less than 90 uA ) but recently,another batch(30K pcs)is produced  the problem that current consumption more than 100 uA is occured(~100 pcs), A-B-A test is done, abnormal phenomena follow the chip.

 

I try to use simple code in the attachment to control current consumption in stop mode of bad parts,  but failed, could you help to check the code and give me some advice.

Hardware schematic:PAD1 and PAD0 were use to ADC input,pp1 and pp7 were used to pwm output,reset and bkgd were used,other pins were not be connect in schematic
