The only differences i've found are 400MHz(CAF4A) vs 500Mhz(DAF5A) and junction temperature -40 to 105(CAF4A) vs  0 to 95(DAF5A)

As far as I know,

• MIMXRT1021CAF4A is the LQFP100 package, making 14 x 14mm,
• MIMXRT1021DAG5A is the LQFP144 package, making 20 x 20mm.
