QWKS-SCMIMX6 - write micro sd card with MFG Tools

Contributor I

I'm developing my embedded board with SCM-IMX6Q.
I bought 2 QWKS-SCMIMX6, 1 rev B and 1 rev C.
My embedded board is equipped with Yocto Linus on an eMMC.
I tried download from NXP site SCM-i.MX 6 Series Manufacturing Toolkit for Linux 4.1.15_2.0.0 Release, I set the switch to run in mfg tool mode, I launched the correct file to update with OS image to micro SD Card (mfgtool2-yocto-mx6dqscm-1gb-qwks-rev2-sd.vbs for rev B rev 3 for rev C).
When the mfg tool copy rootfs every time
/ linuxrc: line 14: 73 SegmentaKernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init! ExitCode = 0x00008b00

I tried copy a small rootfs (few MB) and it works, when I tried 10 or more MB, the copy not work.
I tried recompile mfg tool source with last version and not work.
i tried download Android version SCM_IMX6_M6.0.1_2.1.0_MFGTOOL from site and missing 1 file, I found this file in Yocto Linux version, and not work, the issue is the same.

The issue is on both evaluation board, I tried run mfg tool on win xp, win 7 and win 10, and I tried change sd card size and manufacter with the same result.

Anyone can help me?
If I product my embedded board with eMMC, how can I send image if mfg tools not work correctly?

I attach serial debug

Hi pupospace

for programming sd one can follow sect.4.3 Preparing an SD/MMC card to boot Linux Guide

included in Documentation:

https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=L4.1.15_2.0.0-LINUX-DOCS

Pay attention to sect.4.3.3 Partitioning the SD/MMC card (corresponds to mfg tools script

../OS Firmware/mksdcard.sh.tar) and SCM Demo images:

Board Support Packages (3)
Demo Images - QWKS Board based on SCM-i.MX 6D/Q(REV C)

Quick Start Board for SCM-i.MX 6DQ|NXP

Best regards
igor
