i.MX6ULL where to apply DDR stress test calibrations

Hi -

We have a custom board running a i.MX6ULL with 512MB DDR3.  We are running the "DDR Stress Test (2.6.0)" tool from NXP....we are using the GUI version over USB.  My question is:  Now that I have the calibration factors generated by the tool, where do I apply them to Uboot/Linux?  We are running the uboot-rel_imx_4.9.x_1.0.0_ga and linux-rel_imx_4.9.x for Uboot and Linux respectively.  It seems to me like there should be a script file somewhere that should do this, but I cannot seem to find it in either of these packages.  please help.

calibration coefficients may be added to uboot dcd header :

uboot/board/freescale/mx6ullevk/imximage.cfg
