Hi,

I am using K66F for our controller and have the following questions:

PTA0~~PTA4 is used as JTAG to program MCU by PE tool and it works fine in our controller.

Can I re-use these signals for other purpose, like UART0 or FTM, and etc? It can be re-configured after programming?

Thanks,

Christie

Yes. But not recommend.
You may meet some problem next time you want to flash it. See:Bricking and Recovering FRDM-KL25Z Boards: Reset, SWD Clock and Low Power

If you want to disable the EzPort and NMI function on PTA0~PTA4, please read "Table 7-3. Flash Option Register Bit Definitions" in K66P144M180SF5RMV2.

Best Regards,

Robin
