Hi every body. There is a MC9S12XHZ256 microcontroller in truck dashboard. a battery cable disconnect from alternator and the circuit was burned. now when i ohm test the micro, there is a short circuit between Vdd and Vss. what's the problem?

Most likely destroyed.  You did say the circuit burned.  Depending on what was disconnected the alternator may have railed to a high voltage and that's what killed it.

thanks David. i removed the micro from the board, but there is still a short circuit in the board. i disconnect all Vdd and Vss ics's pins from pcb but can't detect the short circuit.

It could be a bulk/decoupling capacitor between VDD, VSS.
