Hi, 

unfortunately you can't debug non-boot core alone. You need to start debug session with boot core - M4 - or ideally launch group MAC57D_08_M4M0A5_03_std_Debug_PNE_group. 

Here is guide for multi-core debug - HOWTO: debug multi-core project in S32 Design studio   It is for Power PC, but the principle is same.
