I change the imx6ul evk board's ddr3 from 512M to 256M.The memory type is Samsung K4B2G1646F-BYK0.I config the register using the tool I.MX6UL_DDR3_Script_Aid_V0.02.xlsx like this:
But when i use the RealView .inc generated by this tools to programe using mfgtools,the kernel crashed causing by the memory.This is the log:
