I.MX7D BOOTING ISSUE

I have compiled Android (android_M6.0.1_1.0.0) Version for I.MX7D Board.Compilation was successful.But when i flashed and booted with SD card it is throwing the Error:

unable to handle kernel null pointer dereference at virtual address 00000000

I have cross checked and followed every method from the user guide.Even the demo images from community is not able to boot the I.MX7D EVK Board. If Any one worked on I.MX7D Board PLEASE help
