MCIMX6S6AVM10AD (Silicon Rev 1.4) Errata Document Missing?

Hello,

Is there a official errata list for MCIMX6S6AVM10AD (Silicon Rev 1.4.)  The current errata list on NXP's website addresses changes from Rev 1.2 to Rev 1.3, and not from Rev 1.3 to Rev 1.4.

I did notice in the reference manual starting on P.333 that Silicon Rev 1.4 added some fuse options to the fusemap registers.
