How can I know the failure rates of MC33907 and MPC 5643L？

Hi guys:

     I recently have used MC33907 and MPC 5643L to make a controller, I need failure rates of this two components, 

    Does anyone know how to get the data or how to calculate the data?

Hi,

Failure rates are part of FMEDA.

FMEDA is document under NDA and it is not publicly shared. To obtain it have to contact your NXP sales/FAE representative or your local distributor.

If you have already signed NDA, you can contact person who assisted you with signature.
