What are the ESRs of the Pull-Up and Pull-Downs on the D+ and D- USB lines on the K26?

On our end of line tester In order to test that our USB micro pins are soldered to the board appropriately we are going to make a resistor divider using the pull-ups and make an analog reading using a DAQ.  I see some documentation in the reference manual that suggests the pull-downs are 15ohms (not sure if there is a standard tolerance spec'd somewhere).  I don't know if the pull-ups are the same value and what their tolerances would be.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

The K26 datasheet provides USB0 full speed transceiver and high speed USB1 phy specification indicates both USB modules meet the electrical compliance requirements defined in the Universal Serial Bus Revision 2.0 Specification.

Both USB modules default 15kΩ pull-down resistors are disabled.

It need software to enable with related registers.

Thank you for the attention.

best regards,

Mike
