Hi,
I am running DDR Stress Tester V2.7 on a iMX6DQ. I am using the GUI version.
I have some questions.
1. Both the calibration and stress tests report the CPU clock frequency is 1GHz. I tried using the pull-down menu to change to 800MHz, but it doesn't change the value in the result window. I am using a industrial version of iMX6 so max CPU speed is 800MHz. How can I verify the CPU runs at 800MHz? Will this affect the calibration values? Does it matter?
2. Calibration and Stress report V2.6. I am using 2.7. https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-105652 Why is there a difference? Is it an error?

3. What does setting the MR1 value do? Does it change SRC_SBMR1 or SRC_SBMR2?
4. Is there more documentation available to explain what some of the numbers mean during calibration and test beyond this post: i.MX6/7 DDR Stress Test Tool V2.70
Hello,
1.
I just check "the pull-down menu to change to 800MHz" of the i.MX6/7 DDR Stress Test Tool V2.70.
It works with my i.MX6 SDP.
2.
3.
Look at the following regarding MR1
