Hi,

I am interfacing separate SDRAM Devices with T1042. Moreover, i want to use the ECC option as well. I am achieving that by interfacing an extra SDRAM Device. One thing i need to know is how to connect the "D1_MAPAR_ERR_B", "D1_MDIC0", "D1_MDIC1" and "D1_MAPAR_OUT" pins of DDR Memory Controller with the SDRAM Device?  Please let me know which pins of SDRAM Device correspond to these 4 pins? Thank you!

MDICn signals should be terminated as specified in the datasheet. See footnote 3 under table 1.

MAPAR_OUT and MAPAE_ERR are intended to be used with registered DIMMs. Separate SDRAM devices do not support address parity feature.

Unused MAPAE_ERR should be pulled up, unused MAPAR_OUT can be left floating.
